Digitize Us Web Development Policy
1. Customer requests a quote for services by completing the questionnaire.
2. Customer receives a quote along with terms for the proposed project for which the customer must sign and submit
3. Customers must have a hosting account and a domain name.
Customers with hosting accounts are to inform their hosting service to grant the developer access.

Customers who do not have a hosting account will need to get one at . When prompted, select a domain name.
5. Select a security firewall (highly recommended).
6. Delegate Access:
The customer will receive an email requesting that our technician gets access to your products ONLY, not your payment information.
The customer can also log into their hosting account and delegate access to the technician by inputting the assigned technician’s email address.
7. Customer receives an invoice for a 50% deposit of the total cost of services.
Customer must supply all of the images or videos that he/she/they/them wants to upload on the site within 72 hours or the customer forfeits the deposit. No work will begin until the customer has submitted the images that the customer intends to use.
Within the specified time period________, the customer will receive a mockup of the web design.
8. The customer must schedule a viewing of the mockup to discuss revisions. Revisions must remain within the scope of the original quote in terms of design concepts. An entirely new design will not suffice as a revision. This revision meeting is not to exceed 45 minutes. The customer has 72 hours to arrange and complete this meeting or forfeit the deposit.
9. Customer will be notified upon completion of the website and will view the site. If further changes are requested, the customer has one more meeting to schedule a 30 minute session.
10. Customer pays the remaining balance
Customer receives the web files on to their hosting account.
